Broadband speed and availability data is sourced from Ofcom Connected Nations, the UK communications regulator’s annual report on the state of broadband, mobile, and fixed-line networks. The data covers average download and upload speeds, maximum speeds available, and the percentage of premises with access to superfast (≥30 Mbps), ultrafast (≥300 Mbps), and full fibre connections.
Speeds shown are averages across premises in the postcode sector and may vary by provider and individual connection. Availability figures represent the proportion of premises that can access the relevant technology.
