Connect Your Property Feed
Share your existing BLM/XML feed (same as Rightmove or Zoopla), or add listings manually. Your data is hosted privately on UK infrastructure, and your contact details remain visible on every listing.
Receive Qualified Buyer Inquiries
When buyers with confirmed funds through regulated partners express interest, we connect you directly. All inquiries come straight to your branch — no third-party interference. Handle viewings, negotiations, and offers exactly as normal.
Complete in GBP as Normal
Once an offer is accepted, proceed with your standard conveyancing. Conversion is handled by FCA-regulated partners, and your solicitor receives payment in pounds sterling — just like any other transaction. You keep your full commission.

Verify Funds & Identity
Once your offer is accepted, your solicitor completes standard KYC/AML checks and confirms source of funds. Logica can introduce you to UK solicitors experienced in digital-asset and stablecoin transactions. Logica does not verify buyers or hold funds — all compliance checks and settlement occur through solicitors and regulated partners.
Convert to GBP & Complete
Convert your digital assets or stablecoins to GBP via an FCA-regulated provider (your solicitor handles this or recommends partners). GBP funds are sent to your solicitor's client account, and the transaction completes through standard UK conveyancing.
