1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Logica Properties ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Logica Properties is a visibility platform that connects UK estate agents with potential property buyers, including those holding digital assets. Key points:
- Logica is a visibility platform only
- Logica never handles, holds, or transfers any funds
- All property transactions settle in GBP through standard conveyancing
- Logica is not a party to any property sale
3. User Accounts
Estate Agents
Agents must provide accurate business information and maintain a valid subscription. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings.
Buyers
Buyers may create accounts to save properties and manage enquiries. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence on any property.
4. Property Listings
Estate agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of property information. Logica does not verify listing details. All information is provided for guidance only.
5. Digital Asset Buyers
- Digital asset conversion is handled by FCA-regulated partners, not by Logica
- Logica does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice
- The value of digital assets can go down as well as up
- Buyers should seek independent financial and legal advice
6. Subscription & Pricing
Agent subscriptions are £49/month. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no penalty.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Submitting fraudulent or misleading listings
- Scraping or automated data collection
- Impersonating another user or agent
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
- Interfering with the platform's operation
- Reselling or redistributing platform data
8. Intellectual Property
All Logica Properties branding, design, and software are owned by Logica Properties Ltd. Property listing content is owned by the respective estate agents.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is". Logica makes no warranties about the accuracy of listing information, the suitability of any property, or the outcome of any transaction.
10. Limitation of Liability
Logica Properties Ltd is not liable for any losses arising from property transactions, digital asset conversions, or reliance on information provided through the Platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Agents may cancel their subscription at any time.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
