1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Logica Properties ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Logica Properties Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

Logica Properties is a marketing and visibility platform that connects UK estate agents with potential property buyers, including those who hold digital assets. Key points:

• We are a visibility platform only - we do not handle property transactions
• We do not hold, convert, or process any funds or digital assets
• All property settlements are in GBP through regulated solicitors and FCA-authorised partners
• We are not party to any property sale or purchase agreement

3. User Accounts

Estate Agents

Estate agents may create accounts to list properties on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of a legitimate estate agency
• All property listings are accurate and you have authority to advertise them
• You will respond to buyer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You comply with all applicable estate agency regulations

Buyers

Property buyers do not require an account to browse listings or submit enquiries. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to your contact details being shared with the relevant estate agent.

4. Property Listings

Estate agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. Logica Properties does not verify property details, prices, or availability.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that appears fraudulent, misleading, or violates these terms without notice.

5. Digital Asset Buyers

For buyers wishing to use digital assets (cryptocurrency) to purchase property:

• All digital asset conversions are handled by FCA-authorised partners, not Logica Properties
• Settlement is always in GBP - agents receive pounds sterling
• Standard property purchase procedures apply (solicitors, surveys, etc.)
• We provide introductions only; we are not financial advisers

6. Subscription & Pricing

Estate agent accounts are subject to a monthly subscription of £49/month. This includes full listing visibility, buyer enquiries, CRM sync support, and access to the agent dashboard.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the agent dashboard. Features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading property listings
• Impersonate another person or estate agency
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Submit spam or fraudulent enquiries

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Logica Properties and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Property listings and images remain the property of the respective estate agents or property owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, the suitability of any property, or the outcome of any transaction. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and agents.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logica Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any property transaction facilitated through it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Estate agents may delete their account at any time through the dashboard settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
