With experience in traditional finance, UK property law, and FCA regulatory frameworks, M founded Logica Properties after identifying a critical market gap: the absence of compliant channels connecting UK estate agents with digital-asset buyers.
M's background spans regulatory compliance, conveyancing operations, and fintech — specifically the intersection of property transactions and digital asset regulation. This combination informed Logica's compliance-aligned transaction model.
Based in Bournemouth, M works closely with FCA-regulated payment providers and UK conveyancing firms to ensure every transaction meets or exceeds regulatory standards.
