How do I join as an estate agent?
Complete our agent onboarding form on the For Agents page. We'll verify your credentials and set up your account within 24 hours. No fees to join, and you keep your standard commission structure.
Do agents need to handle digital assets?
No. All transactions settle in GBP through FCA-regulated partners. Estate agents never touch digital assets and have no additional regulatory obligations. Your process remains exactly the same.
How are buyers verified?
All AML and source-of-funds checks are conducted by specialist solicitors who understand digital-asset transactions. They use regulated UK payment channels to verify fund origins and ensure compliance. Logica does not perform verification or handle funds.
What are your fees?
Founding Agents join free and lock in lifetime free access. We never take a cut of your commission. Conversion and compliance fees are charged by specialist solicitors and regulated payment partners — not by Logica.
