HM Land Registry – Price Paid Data
Complete record of residential property sales in England and Wales. Updated monthly with new transactions. Used for sold prices, area summaries, and price trend analysis.
EPC Register
Energy Performance Certificate data for domestic and non-domestic properties. Includes energy ratings, property characteristics, and environmental impact scores.
DfE – Get Information About Schools (GIAS)
School information including Ofsted ratings, pupil numbers, age ranges, and contact details. Maintained by the Department for Education.
Ofcom – Connected Nations
Broadband and mobile coverage data at postcode level. Includes average download/upload speeds, superfast and full-fibre availability.
ONS – Postcode Directory
National Statistics Postcode Lookup mapping postcodes to geographic coordinates, local authorities, regions, and constituencies.
VOA – Council Tax Banding
Council tax band data from the Valuation Office Agency, aggregated by postcode.
ONS – Private Rental Market Statistics
Median and mean rental prices by local authority and property size, published quarterly.
