Logica Properties Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Information We Collect
Personal Information
Name, email address, phone number (when you register, submit an enquiry, or contact us).
Automatically Collected
IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source, device information, and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the platform and its features
- To process property enquiries between buyers and agents
- To send account-related notifications
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns
- To prevent fraud and ensure security
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Information Sharing
Estate Agents
When you submit an enquiry, your name and contact details are shared with the relevant estate agent.
Service Providers
We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. AI enrichment and cross-border data transfers
We use Anthropic, Inc. (United States) to:
- Generate listing highlights, smart tags, and summaries from agent-supplied descriptions
- Generate captions for listing photos
- Enhance natural-language search query understanding
Data transferred. Listing text (title and description), listing photo URLs, and search queries. These fields may, incidentally, contain personal data — for example, a vendor name referenced in a description, an address fragment, or a search location near a buyer’s home. Buyer chat messages are not currently transferred (the chat assistant runs on Layer 1 deterministic logic).
Lawful basis. Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — legitimate interest in providing a competitive property search experience. We have completed a written Legitimate Interest Assessment as part of our internal Data Protection Impact Assessment.
Cross-border transfer mechanism. Anthropic is not currently certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The transfer therefore relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two) together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, both incorporated into our signed Data Processing Addendum with Anthropic.
Retention by Anthropic. Anthropic does not retain prompts and outputs beyond 30 days for abuse monitoring. We have not opted in to Anthropic’s training-data retention — your data is not used to train Anthropic models.
Your rights.
- Estate agencies can disable AI enrichment of their listings at any time in Settings → AI enrichment. When disabled, no listing data for that agency will be sent to Anthropic.
- Buyers and other data subjects can object to processing or request copies of all data sent to Anthropic on their behalf by emailing privacy@logicaproperties.co.uk.
- You retain all rights described in section 7 below in respect of AI-generated outputs as well as the underlying data.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 3 years. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. AI-generated outputs (smart tags, captions, summaries) are retained for as long as the underlying listing remains active.
