The Logica Integration Engine is designed to plug into the same formats agents already use for Rightmove and Zoopla.
At launch, partner agents will be able to connect their existing systems so that properties flow directly to Logica without any manual entry.

Status: in testing now, live with first agents in Q2 2025
The integration engine is now in internal testing with sample BLM/XML data.
The rollout plan is:
- Q1 2025 – internal testing and agent pilot preparation
- Q2 2025 – first partner agents connected
- Q2–Q3 2025 – wider rollout across the South West and South East of England
We will handle the technical setup with each partner's web or CRM provider – agents will not be expected to touch code or configs.
For Estate Agents: What we'll ask for during onboarding
- Your branch / office details
- Confirmation of which CRM or feed provider you use
- A test BLM/XML file or existing Rightmove/portal feed details
- A technical contact (either in-house or your web/CRM provider)
We aim to keep the whole process as light-touch as possible — once the feed is connected, everything runs automatically.
